arcadia reviewed the location North Sterling Reservoir.
Much wetter than average spring and summer has lake levels very high for this time of year. Wipers are being caught from the bank on worms and shrimp, but most are less than 15" limit. Cats are only biting back in the shallow bays that can only be accessed by boat, very slow for bank fishermen this year.
